UCHRA's Public Transit System's goal is to provide affordable, safe, dependable public transportation while providing door-to-door and zone, non-emergency transportation service.  Vans are available with equipment to serve persons with disabilities.  Everyone can ride!  Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday from 6:00am-6:00pm.  Reservations for a trip are made on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Customers should call 456-0691 to schedule a trip at least 48 hours, in advance.  Requests made less than 48 hours in advance will be considered based on available space.  Local trips are $1.00 each way and $1.00 for each additional stop.  For just $1.00 one way we can take you to different parts of your county depending upon the day of the week.  Fares outside of designated local area are based on miles traveled and will be charged accordingly.  Scheduling is available M-F 8am-4:30pm.  For more information about our door-to-door and zone services, including the days and times of each zone, please call 456-0691.
