The City of Crossville is now accepting applications through the Department of Labor, Career Center located at 60 Ridley Street, Crossville, TN. This is a full time, night position with benefits. Applicant must be able to pass the Grade III Water Certification test within three (3) years of the date of hire. Starting salary is $22,065.97. Benefits include health, dental and life insurance, paid time off, 13 paid holidays and pension program. Catoosa Department

The City of Crossville is now accepting applications for the position of Utility Worker I in the Catoosa Water Department located on Plateau Road. Applications may be submitted through the Department of Labor, Career Center, located at 60 Ridley Street, Crossville, TN. This is a full time position with benefits. Applicant must possess a high school diploma or a GED and 1 to 2 years of related experience. Must possess a valid Tennessee Driver’s License must be able to obtain a Class A combination CDL License within the first year of employment. Must pass a physical and drug screen by physician of the City’s choice. Requires a basic understand of meters and water distribution systems, occupation hazards and safety precautions, use and care of hand tools and some knowledge of heavy equipment.
