The Beer Board for the City of Crossville, Tennessee met in special session on Friday, February 15, 2008, at Crossville City Hall.

Roll Call.

Present: Councilman Earl Dean, Councilman Jesse Kerley, Mayor J. H. Graham, III. Absent/Excused: Councilman Carl Duer, M.D, Mayor Pro-Tem Boyd Wyatt, Sr. Others present were Interim City Manager Mike Turner, City Attorney Kenneth Chadwell, City Clerk Sally Oglesby, Police Chief David Beaty, and Randy Wayne Woody.

Mayor J. H. Graham called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

Randy Wayne Woody dba Just One More Sports Bar & Grill

An application for an on-premises beer permit was submitted by Randy Wayne Woody dba Just One More Sports Bar & Grill located at 750 Hwy. 70E, Suites 107 and 108. Police Chief Beaty gave a clear records report on the applicant.

A motion was made by Councilman Dean, seconded by Councilman Kerley, that an on-premises beer permit be issued to Randy Wayne Woody dba Just One More Sports Bar & Grill. Vote: Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote (summary: Yes = 3). Yes: Councilman Earl Dean, Councilman Jesse Kerley, Mayor J. H. Graham, III; Absent: Councilman Carl Duer, M.D, Mayor Pro-Tem Boyd Wyatt, Sr.

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 4:01 p.m.
