The City Council for Crossville, Tennessee met in special session on Tuesday, September 25, 2007, at Crossville City Hall.

Roll Call.

Present: Councilman Carl Duer, M.D, Councilman Jesse Kerley, Mayor J. H. Graham, III. Absent/Excused: Councilman Earl Dean, Mayor Pro-Tem Boyd Wyatt, Sr.

Others present were City Manager Dr. Jack Miller, City Attorney Kenneth Chadwell, City Clerk Sally Oglesby, Fred Sherrill, Christy Lewis, and Josh Hayes.

Mayor J. H. Graham, III was present and presiding. The meeting was called to order at 8:55 a.m.

ITEM #1 – CONSENT AGENDA

a) 3^rd Reading of ordinance dissolving the Airport Committee

b) 3^rd Reading of ordinance amending § 14-300 of the Crossville Municipal Code in regards to flood damage prevention

c) 3^rd Reading of ordinance closing streets for new library building – PULLED FROM AGENDA

d) 3^rd Reading of ordinance amending the FY07-08 budget for Northwest Connector engineering

e) 3^rd Reading of ordinance amending the FY07-08 budget for Downtown Crossville, Inc.

A motion was made by Councilman Duer, seconded by Councilman Kerley, that all items contained in the consent agenda, except “c”, be approved as presented. Vote: Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote (summary: Yes = 3). Yes: Councilman Carl Duer, M.D, Councilman Jesse Kerley, Mayor J. H. Graham, III. Absent: Councilman Earl Dean, Mayor Pro-Tem Boyd Wyatt, Sr.

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:00 a.m.
